It appears that ABC News has been caught red-handed using a picture of James Holmes that is clearly the result of photoshopping. As there has been much attention raised to the possible innocence of Holmes, every bit of evidence counts in this case.

Many have suggested that there were multiple shooters at the crime scene and the evidence found at the scene may have even suggested that both shooters used gas masks, but the other culprit left James in a daze by his car.

The ultimate cause of the framing of Holmes seems like it would be a mystery, but many point to the idea that his father may have been in line to testify about the LIBOR Scandal, one of the biggest banking scandals in US history.
